
DW Midwest Training provides specialized neutral interviewing training designed for professionals outside of traditional systems such as law enforcement, child protective services, prosecutors, and Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs). Our goal is to elevate participants’ skills to the same professional standard used by these disciplines—without requiring them to be part of those systems.
Our training focuses on developing ethical, unbiased, and developmentally appropriate interviewing techniques for working with vulnerable populations, including children, individuals with mental health needs, and at-risk individuals. Participants learn how to conduct interviews that are trauma-informed, non-leading, and defensible, while maintaining neutrality and professionalism.
